Chef's Table Dinner Series and Tours in the Southeastern U.S.

On The Road culinary adventures has been working on several upcoming events for 2012. At the request of several of the chefs that have agreed to be our culinary guide on these adventures, we have targeted Fall 2012.

These tours will take participants to leading culinary cities in the Southeastern United States. We are working with chefs in Louisville, KY, Charleston, SC, New Orleans, LA and Miami, FL. Details will be available this summer.

In the meantime, we are pleased to announce a new series beginning this month, April 2012.  The Chef’s Table Dinners are a series of evenings that bring our guests behind the scenes with the chefs and Sommeliers to enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience.  Seating for these events is very limited. The Chef’s Table Dinners take place in a private dining room at the restaurant or in a home. This affords guests an intimate connection with the chef and allows the chef to focus on creating a unique experience for the guests.

We have made arrangements with some of the most notable chefs and restaurants in several cities that will give you access to a culinary experience that few have the opportunity to enjoy. This will not be standard fare, but rather a chef’s celebration with people who really enjoy and appreciate exceptional food and wine.

For our first The Chef’s Table, we have selected Local Three Kitchen and Bar in Atlanta, Georgia.  Chef and Managing Partner,Chris Hall, whose resume includes Le Bec Fin (Philadelphia) and Fourth & Swift and Canoe (both in Atlanta), is excited to partner with us on this inaugural event.

Local Three was named Best New Restaurant 2011 by MetroMix Atlanta and lives up to its accolades by preparing their dishes with the highest quality of seasonal and local ingredients to create a fresh and delightful meal incorporating innovative southern elements.
